For All Forms of Grief and Loss

We don’t compare pain here; we make way for interconnection and diverse experiences. Your experience matters. Your grief is enough. Just being alive is enough to deserve community, connection, or creativity. Being mortal means we are grappling with loss from the moment we are born. Life, loss, and death are inextricably intertwined. This might be a stark reality but being deeply with reality is often nourishing, clarifying, and life-giving. A life different than the one you planned, worked for, or imagined can cause immense grief.

Your grief is also not too much. Most of our events, retreats, and cohorts are for all forms of loss and grief. Circles for only loss by death will be clearly marked. We offer a range of events to speak to a range of people. Trust what offerings spark for you. There will be many options and entry points which you choose based on your comfort level and needs in the moment.
