About Our Retreats
-
We offer all forms of retreat, ritual, and ceremony for grief and loss. Each has a focus that might be more reflective and contemplative, another more educational, another more based in ritual and communal ceremony. Each individual retreat page has details about approaches and methods of that particular retreat. We often aim to have clear themes and sample schedules to guide participants to the right offering for them.

Sometimes we will condense a multi-week evening program into a one or two-day retreat. Sometimes we will offer lodging and dinner for retreats which increases the costs significantly. Sometimes we want to ensure accessibility and charge for only program fees.
All of this is in an attempt to provide a range of programming to meet a range of needs and wants. Some people are too tired to want a social dinner at night after a long day processing grief; some people live locally and don’t need lodging yet would love to be a part of a seasonal cohort meeting for a few days. We are here to support your participation. Don’t hesitate to advocate for what would help you to participate if you don’t see the option listed.

Yes, if funds are available then they can be applied to program fees only (not lodging).
